Happy Tongue out Tuesday from Russel! I

Training Design

At Canine Behavior Development Coalition, we use positive reinforcement techniques to train your dog. Trainers offer rewards when the dog is showing a wanted behavior. We do not believe in punishment. If the dog begins to show unwanted behavior we modify it by giving the dog a short break and then coming back to the behavior with a different approach. To ensure the safety of our trainers and dogs we only use training, equipment and rewards that have been tested to cause no emotional or physical damage to the dog when used appropriately.
We make training a fun and enjoyable experience for you and your dog. Your dog will learn both obedience and social skills in a private and public setting. Above all no dog is ever forced to train or work if he does not want to. Training should never be a stressful experience for your dog. We strive to train your dog to enjoy the job he is given, whether that be being a well behaved house pet, competing at rally or obedience competitions, or working as a therapy dog in children's hospitals. We offer many different opportunities for you to strengthen your relationship with your dog such as obedience testing, obedience competition, rally competition, and therapy dog club. Let us help you make your dog the best dog he can be!
